This might work for others - I followed a suggestion from another forum to physically connect the PC directly to the DSL modem, bypassing the router. Now I have fewer problems.

I got disconnected from the game 3 games in a row couple of hours ago.I thought it was temporary, but when I tried now I still got dc. Never had these problems before. Im on PC

Indeed, the connection issues are really killing the game.. Just when you are about to get into the multiplayer and try to play 1 gold this nice dc comes on wave 11 leaving you empty handed

So just a friendly tip, id suggest you fix the game and actually make it stable before adding more content

Agreed. Having horrible connection issues last couple of days, lucky if I manage it through a match.

Edit: let alone make it through a match... launching the game causes disconnects... :/

Edit 2: 1 hour, waste of time, can't even get past wave 3...

In the past hour, started 4 matches. All 4 I got a 'host has left' message in wave 2 or 3. So then I end up all alone in a gold match. Which wasn't what I had signed up for. Since I don't solo gold on a regular basis, I get wiped near instantly (I also refuse to use consumables in this situation, but odds are I'd lose the connection to the game and still be out the consumables and not have anything to show for it).
PS3.
Internet connection is stable for all other uses.

I'm wondering if one of those was a match I was in.
I was in one where the host dropped ON EXTRACTION. No joke. That's horrible -- no cash after making it to extraction.
So I stopped playing Gold, dropped to silver. The first match I ended up freezing up around wave 5. Just hard frozen, three-beep-reset. Went for another silver, joined a match in progress at the very end of wave 2 -- along with three other players. Played through, extracted, yay team. Same team, went for another match. Two people drop by wave two and are replaced by wave three. Wave six, for the objective, the host drops. One of the new players takes over for host, and a new player comes in. From the lobby I started with, I am the only player left.
What is going on?
PS3.
Also not finding the current situation to be in the range of acceptability.

never had to post in this thread before, but recently almost every time in try and enter the store I my connection to the EA servers goes poof and I get kicked back to the main menu, where it takes forever to reconnect to the servers. The more time that passes from the launch date the worse the servers seem to become.  I know that is trivial compared to the people getting disconnected durring matches on a regular basis, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

not only am i having mp bugs but now, all the classes i promoted from mp into my sp game keep dissapearing, they only reappear when i promote again, this is very annoying, is anyone else having this problem ? (im on pc format) way too many bugs is not a good thing these need fixing

I did notice that now since ORIGIN has been updated there is about a 20% improvement. It still lags from time to time... but nothing like it was.

Getting disconnected at the start or in the middle of the first wave for 2 days now, rarely able to finish a match, dafuq is going on? Rarely if ever had any connection problems before last 2 days :|

yes, but it doesn't seem to really have any negative effect on being able to play multiplayer, but it has been happening often lately.

Lost connection to EA server 20 seconds before extract. Gawd I love this game. (on Xbox)

Edit: Just happened to me again while playing with friends on gold. A fix or something would be much appreciated.

At least you guys can connect. Guess I'll be soloing at level 1. Just bought the game a week ago. It's like single player but multiplayer. You know? I don't know.

The last three times I first attempt to log on I get the "servers unavailable" warning. But it reconnects immediately after. And then proceeds to be intermittantly annoying thereafter.

the 'online pass' bullsh*t is back again, can't play right now, I hope EA fixes it immediately so people don't get screwed out of the weekend event because they can't get their act together with this.  I know others are having the problem based on the technical support forum.  Although it doesn't seem as wide spread as it was three weeks ago.
