8 If you sided with a team mate, ie picking Jack's side and not Miranda.

9 also all the people you helped, I always Imagined that if you helped them they would offer emails or testimonials of help at your trial. Ie Shep saved me etc etc, she is a bloody hero not a terrorist etc, espically if they are Aliens.
10 Harkin, did you let Garrus shoot him?

I didn't play Mass Effect 1 and 2 the amount of time that I have (believe me, it's a lot.) to be able to see the same thing if I just started a new file in ME3.

hmm....collector base, romances, quarian geth conflict, saving genophage data in mordin's LM, tracking the keepers, spectre status, saving the council, staying loyal to your LI vs straying, Rachni saving, tali being banned vs still being accepted in the MF, keeping cereal in your cabin to trap kai leng

I forgot about Mordin(face slap)

The very first time I played ME2 I decided not to like Mordin because of what he did with Genophage then he ended up dyin ( douple face slap)
