I think you just have to be in a relationship with someone.

I know that but i want to have the friendly concern in act 3 not in act 2...
if u have it in act 3 the romanced if in party will talk.

Are you sure it isn't cut content? If it isn't then perhaps... not talking to varric untill act three?

Oooohhh...in that case I dunno.  I'm going to keep checking the thread, though, that sounds kinda cool.

well I havent tried yet but i think u must romance some1 after hawke quest "all that remain"
maybe romance some1 befor doing "to catch a Thief" or after since normaly friendly concern pop when u finish a quest in act 2 and since the fight vs the qunari does not end in act 2 you cant really think of it as a quest.

If u want to romance Isabela do it befor doing catch a thief  since she "run away" I dont think Varric will ask about her!
