Sony - Japan doesn't have the control over when it releases in NA, though. Like any big corporation, they have corporate bases everywhere. Sony NA doesn't do updates until the evening. Pretty silly.

I saw an article that stated that PAL countries would not be getting the demo until tomorrow. I am not sure if Brazil is or not.
