I've tried to use the cloud service to copy the saves over to the new hard drive but i get errors trying to copy the ME2 save and I heard there is a hidden save from ME1. How can i get everything over to my new hard drive?

First of all, ME2 saves use a copyright system; you cannot copy your saves, only move them.
Secondly, ME does use a hidden file for the import into ME2. As such you can only move your last save and finish the game again to generate the save file required. Obviously only do this once you've moved everything onto the storage you want to use.
