The altar scene does not appear after I defeat the first wave of husks and the Scion. I've played the game 5 times before, but this is the first time I've seen this. Any ideas? 

Edit: Solved (somehow). That was odd. Before, I reloaded from a save on the Normandy, and used the same squadmates (Thane and Kasumi). I tried that several times, but kept having the same problem. Then I reloaded from the save and chose Garrus and Miranda. The interaction with the altar was available then.

On the wiki it says that it's only triggered by having Jacob, Garrus or Tali in your party.
Though I've tried with Jabon & Garrus, and Garrus didn't say a word so it probably only requires one of the three.
