Hi, i can see people online with normal names.
But i can't find it anywhere to change mine, all i get is my mail adress and i rather not have people know it.

how/where do i change the name people see?

edit: im playing on a pc

Same problem, I don't want to play it if it's showing my email to the world.

Can you try restarting your Origin client and seeing if the issue still occurs?
From Origin Click the Gear Icon and then "Exit" and then start again as usual.

Same issue, though it never did it while playing BF3- will try restarting Origin and give feedback

I'm a regular on the EAUK BF3 (Mordor).... DICE just ignores the fans. If you ever bump into one of them guys tell them they really let the community down.

I haven't gotten to play the multiplayer yet (since I don't own BF3). Proof that EA favoritises only a group of people.

I'm still not quiet sure about what the issue is. For example.

I make my multiplayer character and I name him Commander_Gobulcoque (with pink armor and matching Ace Ventura heardo). Will that mean that in the game people will see *******@hotmail.com or will they actually see Commander_Gobulcoque?

I don't want people seeing my E-mail adress tbh...

Im not sure how it works exactly, for instance on my BF3 account it shows the name of my soldier and not my email registered with origin. BUT, oddly, in ME3, no matter what name I put for my individual classes, I get my soldier name from BF3 (and that was after I restarted origin when my email was my online name)
