 Hello there,

I've just played a bit of the demo, but i've run in some issues. On a side note, performance is good, running at 60 fps all time.

1. No audio. At all. :(
2. (MAYBE SPOILER IF YOU DIDNT PLAY THE DEMO) When you get in the Normandy, the games bugs out and I see a fast forwarded cut scene, then me standing in the void, then normal (the same as before cutscene), then me in the void again.

So my question is...
How can I fix this? Maybe I'm just missing something simple

Thanks!

I've heard of no voice but you're getting no music or SFX either? If it was just voice and you have surround sound, I might have a fix to get you by. Change your Windows speaker setup to quad and try. Again, this may not help with no sound at all.

ah, not just myself then. I too have no audio. In fact, I don't seem to have audio in ME2 or DA2 either. Other games, so far have been fine.

I had fine audio for the most part... until I died. After resuming from autosave a couple of times, the audio decided to almost completely die. I could still hear interface sounds, but no music and no speech. Tried getting killed again to fix it, but no such luck (died, but audio still messed). Tried exiting the game.... and it crashed.

Loading it up again I had to start over from scratch... which is rather annoying.

The same here, veru quiet sounds, music etc. In ME1/ME2 they are louder...

Edit: ME3 demo files are dated 18 January 2012, so is older that final ME3 version (ME3 hase gone gold on 12 February 2012...) So I hope that BW fixes some technical problems. (quiet audio, small fonts, blurry tex etc.)

I noticed a few times that you could hear the characters talking but the animated characters didn't move their mouths. That was espcially noticable just prior and during Shepard's trial.

The audio is running ok here for the most part, but for me everything (music, voices, sound fx) are very quiet, even with the volume sliders at 100.

i'm getting an outrageous amount of screen tearing, and framerate hiccups whenever i move my mouse around during a cutscene. also, in game, moving a mouse around feels like the camera was a port from a console controller scheme, its unnatural and very imprecise.

My audio comes out choppy and robotic. The graphics are lagging even if my pc meets the minimum. I can't seem to fix this problem. The audio just seems to be lagging.

Most audio cut out for me, after I died during the second part of the demo. The only sounds that still worked were the shields "breaking" sound, and the HUD activation sound. Aside from that, I had no music/voice/gun FX - anything. Disabling/re-enabling all sound did nothing. It only kicked back on after completion of the demo when it went back to the intro screen - the one showing Earth getting bombarded.

Game just crashes while connecting to EA servers right at the launch of the game. The only solution I;ve come up is running a game with disabled sound, which is not so great. I checked whether i got the latest video and sound card drivers, then rechecked. Stil,l nothing works.

My Laptop:

17.3 in HP Pavilion

ATI Radeon 6550

6 GB RAM

4 GB Graphics

Everything for ME1 AND ME2 is on Maximum Setting, including the Screen Resolution: 1600x900, and the FPS Mostly Ranges from 40-60 FPS.

Why is the ME3 Demo having a Problem with the FPS? Is it just the Demo?Image IPB

It doesn't raise a meter in the volume mixer, which makes me think it's not engaging audio at all, rather than just being silent.

I've been having problems with the FPS as well, though ME1 and 2 run fine.

Does anyone on PC have problems with the Use circle flashing in and out or not showing up at all? I have to spam the Spacebar to try and get the event or action to start.

did anyone else noticed a weird thing about shepard's eyes? he never blinks.not even once while in-game-taking cover;u can easily spot this if u get a closer look at him.I mean,it's quite annoying coz it steals away the realism.hopefully this will be patched in the full game. also, some conversations seem out of sync.there just to many bugs but i pointed out those that bugged me.
