How will I get the Digital Deluxe from Gamestop onto Origin? When you pre-order it, does it give you a activation code for Origin or is it completely different?

it doesn't matter where u download from u need origin to activate and run the game. for the first run(after each installation) u need origin(online) to activate the game then later u can switch to offline mode.

I hope that also means I can download it off Origin in the future after I uninstall it. I also hope there's a pre-load option with this, too.

I just pre-ordered from gamestop and it's a confusing situation. They processed it and then sent me a 30 character code and keep stating that I must activate it through Impulse (gamestops digital store). Problem is the code's not working on either Origin, nor Impulse. It's saying that it's not out (duh) and that it's simply prepurchase, but I was hoping that it would at least show it in my library of games. I'm not sure what's going on but hopefully it gets resolved.

You can pre-load from Gamestop pre-orders for the Digital Deluxe and standard edition starting Friday at 10 AM. It's listed on their web site. I'm trying to find out if it applies to the CE also, even my local Gamestop doesn't seem to know.

I am wondering the same thing, it says under Origin that you can redeem from other retailers your Mass Effect 3 key code, I guess I will wait and see what happens at 10 am for the pre-load.

If you download gamstop impulse,there you can see the cd key and copy that key and paste it on origins to redeem it.

I just tried it and it works as well as the bonus,also the soundtract etc are dated to be avialable on March 5 to download from Origins client.
