 Pretty much what the title says.
I own Mass Effect 1 and 2 on Steam.  Will the saves be compatible from there to Origin?

Of course, why wouldn't they be? Your games saves are stored in your documents folder so it doesn't matter where you purchased the game from.

I don't see why they wouldn't be, format wise they are exactly the same. I have taken retail saves to steam copies and loaded them just fine. So I doubt it would be an issue.
