The frame-rate was very balanced on 4 of my 5 playtroughs, but on one ocasion, playing as a vanguard, i had fps drop to 20-24, which is very noticeable, just like some fps drops during cutscenes (less noticeable)

I want to know just how stable the full game is, will the fps drops still happen in the retail version?

PS: ME2 was supposedly locked at 30 fps "stable", but it was anything but stable, as fps drops to 25 happened left and right.

That's crap. Some people believe movies run at 24fps because that's the most we can see, but the increase from 16 to 24 from the silent era to the talkie had to do with the quality of the audio track played at a higher speed. I played the demo on PC and noticed a framedrop from 60 to 55.

Interesting some of the PC players are saying similar things. Their reporting 60 FPS during various parts of the demo then only 20 FPS during others. I played through the entire SP section and didn't notice a thing? (Granted I was playing on an Xbox)

Maybe for movies but for games you are actually interacting any drops will affect you characters movement/aim thus affecting your timing & coordination making fps drops noticable
