- I've seen an issue where a wave happens twice. In onc game I had to do wave 9 twice.
- The game will sometimes not connect at all and will keep loading until you cancel and quit to the menu.
- Some users have reported that they had weapon version IV for instance and after finding version II of the same weapon, it would override IV. (Unconfirmed)
- Emails instead of Origin Accounts are shown. This is a possible privacy/security issue. (Confirmed) - See the fix here.
- People can't seem to be able to join a lobby that a user has created no matter how long that user waits. (via this thread).
- The console freezes before starting a match if a user leaves (via this thread).
- Constant use of Charge as a Vanguard Human Female eventually causes the character to glitch around position on the map. (via below post).
- On the Xbox, at the start of the game no one can move and only roll until they get behind cover.
(via below post). Fixed in the full version, read more info. - On PC you can't rearrange the quickslots. (via below post).
- On Firebase White, it's possible to fall through the floor and end up below the map. You're not quite dead as all other players see you as being on the landing pad. The other players also get a fast recharging shield as a result. This can be replicated if an enemy is on the left side (looking towards the landing pad from the map) and a vanguard teleports to the enemy and then does a back roll for example. They then fall into the middle bit next to the landing strip.
- On Firebase White, enemies can spawn below the side and never come up. They can be attacked with a biotic wave for example, but bullets won't hit them.
- Invisibule turrents (multiple reports)
- Shockwave can glitch out and not work sometimes. Smaller bug, but against guardians sometimes shockwave won't work unless it's from a certain distance (possible 'feature'). This may be related to lag.
I personally suspect that some of these bugs are related to lag and the net code. For instance in the case of a player floating under the map, the game thinks they are both under the map as well as at the spawn point on the landing pad at the same time. Hence why on the screen it looks like the player is under the map (local) but on other people's game (including the host) they're on the landing strip.
I've seen other glitches that I suspect are also due to lag.
