Basicly Issue is as follows:

ME3 Demo is not showing up in Origin Store (Australia) for me.
Tried using the links on the Mass Effect Website, However it is just an Anchor (/#)

Have using IE, Chrome and Firefox.

I have Origin Installed, as well as several games.

I've Seen a few other people posting on the Bioware and ME3 Page with the same issue, but thus far have seen no resolutions.

Any Suggestions?

I'm going to try accessing the US Origin Store via a VPN to see if i can atleast see it there.

If you launch Origin and click on Store, then "Free Games", there should be a download button there along with a huge banner for the game.

(Unless of course for some odd reason they region locked it)

Thanks B33ker,
Unfortunately that doesn't appear in the Origin Store for me.

EA Likes to forget us Aussies.

I did manage to work around the issue by Remoting into a workstation at a friends and using the provided links there (me3 website). That added it to my origin account, afterwhich I just refreshed my local origin.

The Differences between our computers are that mine is 64Bit Enterprise (Win7) where as his is 32Bit Pro (Win7). Whether the 32/64 Bit difference is the issue, I'm unsure.

I'm glad you found a workaround.

There are a couple of free VPN's out there I believe which might also solve the problem.  I used one a while back to watch a UK TV show that wasn't available in the US.  Worked like a charm.

I guess their GeoIP is messing around? It's never the most reliable technology.

Try this webpage link, it will launch origin where by you login. Then you should see your web browser ask you permission to access Origin, click Allow.

Worked for me and I am downloading the demo right now. It seems the Origin store is having issues.

Funny,, I can't download the demo, after several tries, chats with support,, and it's kinda sad. I even asked if it was an issue with my connection, as I have satellite, (Wild Blue),,,,but they had absolutely no clue, and even closed my tickets out saying the issue was resolved. I am sure darned glad I preordered a disk, as I am thinking I'd get the same lousy support through Origin if I tried to download the games. Oh, and it is not my comp,, its a new F/X rig, with a 4100, twin Ice q vid cards, water cooling, So now I wonder if I will even keep origin on my computer,,,,why would I want to??
