Just like the title says, will it have any plans for a toolkits like that? If there were i was just trying to think of animations with voice for a mini spin-off or non-related video of mass effect anyway possible, like rockstar's gta4 video editor, and character scripting. if it weren't planned, i'd say they'd better, cause gta 5 has a very high probability of video editor and scripting returning to the series. not that im saying they should compete, but it would be good for multiplayer tv or something like that.
im trying to do, videos like, you know gmod, or something like that.
Will mass effect have a creation kit like skyrim or g.e.c.k of fallout?
