I actually have to agree with this. I mean by herself she is barely a danger to a fly...I think we can pretty much all agree with that.
But then at the same time...if we are caught unawares. or we are busy dealign with other threats, all she has to is take down our shields. And gives the perfect oppotunity fot the threat in front of us (Phantom/Atlas/Centurian Squads) to take down our health.
And to add that on top of it now...Nemesi seems to be quick-scoping more often than before.
This. If the nemesis is alone you go for a free kill, if you have a squad of enemies ahead of you and know there are 1-2 nemesis, then you are more careful with cover/positioning. Well balanced.

Eh. The Nemesis needs some kind of close quarter escape, like at a certain proximity she'll drop a smoke while she withdraws to another location.
I'm still surprised that the game has no flashbangs.
