Even if you haven't played the SP, you should still see your recruits on apps.facebook.com/mass-effect/

I sent many recruit requests, but the screen(even where it says "my recruitment status") remains blank. 

Even with the requests I'v recieved I have no idea of I successfully accepted them. They're still up in the notifications box.

No, you can invite any Person on the World.
If anyone wants to Be recruited PM me, I already got the app so I cannot be recruited anymore

Yeah, I got the same issue.  Guess I'm waiting till Friday.  Ah well, it'll be here soon enough.  EA is already getting my money for  this game but I am not buying BF3 just for this.

Origin account yes, playing the demo no. I recruited one of my friend who doesn't play games. She just made origin account for her self and I got access to MP.
