N7 Level 33, Maxed out Vanguard and my account was wiped?

My account was wiped for no reason, its a demo I know but the issue is pretty serious if this makes it into the final game. 




 My rating still shows up on the leaderboard

Please keep it civil, there is no need to insult one another.

To the OP: I'm sorry you are experiencing issues, any more detailed information you can provide will be helpful to the relevant people on the ME3 team (If you could PM me your gamertag that would also be helpful). Did you experience a disconnect or any strange behaviour before the character was wiped? Did it occur between two play sessions (where you exited ME3)? Anything else that comes to mind?

Hi Folks,

I've followed up with other members of the ME3 team who deal with character saving and I've been informed that an issue that could cause mp profiles to be reset was fixed in the main game but that this fix did not make it into the demo.
We are continuing to investigate to ensure it was this bug that occurred in this particular case but at the moment we believe this to be the case.
