G'day.

I have owned and played DA:O and Awakening since their releases.

I recently formatted and updated my OS from xp to Windows 7 home premium 32 bit.

i reinstall both Origins and Awakening.

I run the game.

My
dlcs that i had bought do not show up as bought! (these being Warden's
keep, Stone prisoner, and Return to ostagar) I go into the game options
and under "online" i click the box to download my previously bought
content, and it does not download.

Restart game, Restart computer... etc etc.

Also,
I start a game, and i see that the awakening skills and talents are not
available on my newly created character.. it has been a while but is
that not the case? new characters have access to the awakening
talents/skills?

I don't understand why i can't access my bought DLC's.

Plz help.

Cheers.

There are plenty of stickies to help with such things. Also, use that login on this website. It helps show you are using a genuine copy....

Yes, I see the games under your name.  Next thing to do is to make sure the DLC is still associated with this account... on this web page, use the menu on the left and go to Profile > Your registered game content.  You'll probably see some DA2 stuff there too-- don't worry.  Just scroll down for the Dragon Age stuff.

If you don't see your DLC there, you need to contact EA support at help.ea.com.

If you *do* see it, we may need more info to help you.  Did you patch the game to *at least* 1.04 *after* installing the Awakening expansion pack?  (EDIT:  The original Awakening disc installs an old patch in addition to the other game files, so you have to re-patch *after* installing Awakening).
