I also had some issues when i bought points, but when i turned of my antivirus prg and firewalls it showed up. Try also to bypass your router if u have any. It can block a port the game use.

So i think this is on the correct path, my content updated is certainly not turned on, unfortunately I am getting an error saying that windows cannot find the file specified. 

using vista, attempted running as admin, also disabled the firewall, and...nothing, attempting a reinstall now. 

Any ideas if that flops?

For anyone still having problems seeing DLC in-game, can you confirm that your routers/firewalls are allowing traffic to TCP port 18081? Some amount of the login/entitlement logic depends on that.

Ive got a similar problem, except when I try and view any DLC it tells me that Im not allowed access to it? Ive got the points, im the admin of the computer Im on, im logged in (obviously) This website is EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least. There are a ton of bugs here, new site or not.

In game I see no points on the site I see my points cant get the content to download..Sent an Email a week ago and no response. Thats more than ample time to get a response back. Im contacting bank and BBB tomorrow. Not wasting another dime on this site nor will I ever purchase another product from them.

I'm not connected via router and I've tried with Windows Firewall turned off.  Still couldn't see any DLC to buy.

I opened the port, nothing, tried shutting off all the security, nothing. pretty frustrated.

I got a some sort of the same problem.

I bought the CE of Dragon Age. If I redeem my codes for the special armor ect... I can never download the content, it even dont appear on my screen that I have redeemed the code...

Somebody can help me?

I have tried everything mentioned in this thread, and still nothing. If I click DLC at once when I log in I will sometimes see Wardens Keep and Stone Prison for a second before the game notices I already have them. Never seen Return to Ostagar though.... (WANT!)

Edit: Nwm lol. Read the new announcement. Weird that "This Holiday season" ends up "AFTER this holiday season" though:P

Only see "The Edge" available to download (this wasn't here when I last played the game a few weeks ago). I bought the points and they show up in the laucher. What's up with Return to Ostegar?
