Cant say about her personaility yet but her look in me3 is horrible. Her old look everyone loved is gone and she looks like all other females in series i like her old more mature look now shes wearing more feminine and revealing.

So why has bioware not change it back! Or is there story reason.

Sex sells. Same reason why Miranda had the design she had, why Liara suddenly got a lot more curvier, and why Jessica Chobot's character is wearing such a skimpy outfit.

That and, frankly, Ashley's hair is down. She still wears actual armor. She's not ruined.

Yup Ash needed to be more sexy.

At least she has armor though. Could've been worse.

After seeing Kaidan in the usual uniform everyone else has , and similar to on the Normandy in ME1, having Ash in that outfit seems even more out of place.

But whats done is done.

I don't really like it

It seems out of character for her to dress that way (she looks to much like Miranda)

*shurgs* but there's nothing I can do about it Posted Image

Oh well no suprise they work for EA  they gotta make the game as apealing to the sterotype gamers have as much as possible.

I'm afraid the devs are those gamers.

Yeah - I don't understand the reasoning behind it. Even the art book character creation just says they wanted to make her sexy. It doesn't actually specify why they wanted to do it.

Its not a game breaker, its just a bit disappointing.

Well, she's not close to be as sexy as G.I. Jane and Jane was bald! (Demi, when she used to eat...). Now she just looks like a 22th (or is it 23rd?) centuri pro-anything but a professional soldier. I thought that the first time I saw her long ago and I don't remember ever posting about it. Because they don't listen anyway.

Those are her casual clothes. She wears armor during combat.

I wasn't being serious. I just was poking fun at the comment in art book about her.

Edit: Thank you Solid. That's what I meant. ^_^

Yes, what they've done to Ashley insults her original creators, insults the character itself, and insults my intelligence.

Because Bioware doesn't make changes just to placate complainers.

Personally, I like the new look. The old hairstyle was not sexy. I know it's impractical for combat situations, but this is a video game.

Yeah I know right? She does look WAY different! Last time I saw her she was blown up in a nuclear explosion and now in this demo she's looking hot!

I love her new look, and she's still the same girl.

Win. Win.
