Yes I've had this exact problem. They work just fine in single player but they don't work in multiplayer. Glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm going to try a different class and see if that fixes it.

Firebase White; twice now I have used Charge with a vanguard and fallen through the map where I remain for the remainder of the game. Charge in general seems very glitchy.

The lobby needs serious work considering this is a demo of a game getting released in less than 3 weeks:

Rooms glitch in the following ways:

A blank public slot is left and listed above other players, likely because of a quit, but the game expects a Ready from this slot so starting the match is impossible.

All players hit ready and the room title goes green and says "Waiting for mission to start" instead of counting down, the player who sees this is unable to ready properly and must quit.

Game can get stuck at please wait, loading screens for a long time or indefinitely, forcing the player to quit and re-join.

In-Game bugs;

Turrets sometimes spawn away distant from where the engineer was planting them or spawn invisibly.

Some players get stuck on the spot temporarily when joining a new game.

Enemies can get stuck in walls/places they shouldn't be able to reach or just stuck lying down, usually still possible to kill them though.

That's all I can think of for now, also about the above posts, i don't think you're supposed to have weapon wheel or power wheel in multi, that's why your character only has 3 powers and you can only choose two weapons

I dont kno if anyone else has had these troubes but in single player demo everytime i pause the game it crashes leaving me to restart

I noticed that in multiplayer the game also crashes more often then not either at the end of the final round before xp is awarded or at the award screen(if at award screen all awards kept, if at the end of the final round all awards nd xp are lost)-usually when game crashes i am the only one effected has anyone else had these problems?

Today I was playing multiplayer with my husband and one of our friends, pretty sure on the Firebase Ghost map. My husband ended up being killed and somehow falling through the world at the same time. Then he was magically alive, falling about 6 inches over and over and over while floating about a foot above the ground. He's a vanguard and was unable to charge at anything, though he could still use his ability that burned his shields to do damage to enemies around him (and managed to kill a couple of things while doing that). Enemies also registered him as alive and tried to attack him.

At that time all three of us turned nearly invincible, with extremely quickly recharging shields, such that the only thing that could kill us were turrets.

After we died a few waves later, nothing was able to kill my husband (he was killed once, and then magically revived AGAIN) so he had to quit out before we were able to lose the level. Unfortunately that meant he didn't get any of the gold or XP :(

Most everything I've found has already been covered, except for the possible Veteran Pack bug that repeatedly gives players five common items (despite the guarantee of at least one uncommon) even though not all uncommon items have been unlocked (for me, it's the Locust, although several others reported issues getting the Turian Sentinel. In both cases, all uncommon weapons players already had were at rank X)

Yes I've had this exact problem. They work just fine in single player but they don't work in multiplayer. Glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm going to try a different class and see if that fixes it.



Im also having this problem with RB and LB. I've also tried different classes  and species and it did not correct the issue. What the heck?!

Is it a bug that, when you create a match that is open, and people do not join? Or is it just how it's supposed to be?

has anyone noticed the damage on the guns not changing? almost all my guns went from I to V with no change in stats. i find that weird considering im unlocking " upgrades" anyone have this problem? or has people noticed the damage go up?

I've got some second thought about this issue of power/weapon wheel and i think I must agree with those who say it's just not available in multiplayer game. It's quite simple, when you push RB/LB in single player the game pauses, you have some time to think over the tactics, carefully choose the power and so on, but in multi the reflex and time is what really matters, if you open the wheel and spend some time there, you can be easily killed. i think that that was the reasoning of the game makers. However, i must admit that i'm accustomed to the wheels and their usage is more natural for me now than to push some single PB, but all is just a matter of habit.

Apparently; in the multiplayer you cannot join game's hosted on the same IP (I.E, you can't use multiple Xbox's in one house hold to play with each other over the internet.) I've being looking on my side, but it's the only game that does it and any suggested solutions haven't being working at all for moi.

Reporting possible bug within the Store. I understand things are randomly bought from the packs, but my issue is that it keeps giving me items and upgrades I can't use at all. For example: My Sentinel, Infiltrator, Soldier classes are maxed out, all lvl 20 and full appearance unlocked for the humans. However, the store keeps giving me and some of my friends the unlocks for the exp boost and appearance unlocks for those classes. This is a big demotivater. All the work in the missions, just to get something that's impossible to use, thus being a waste of Credits. Shouldn't some items be removed from the store purchases when a player can no longer make use of them?

I don't know if this has been posted, i googled and searched but:
-If you turn the volume down on all three settings, everyting quiets down expect sticky grenades. These are still 100% volume and nothing can be done about them.

Could someone else confirm this for me please? Thanks.:ph34r:

I have had a ton of bugs.

1. Sometimes my character would not get more ammo from crates; i.e: all my guns would run out of ammo.

2. Sometimes I don't get full ammo from crates etc., or my grenades won't restock.

3. Weapons would cause no damage.

4. My powers would not cause any damage, or will not work at all. For instance, concussive shot will do nothing and when I throw a grenade, it won't actually leave my hand.

5. Worst of all: Since reaching a level 15 Soldier, all xp and credits etc. I gain won't save. Even If I select or create a new character, the same issue happens. So now I can no longer upgrade or level up.

6. All my saves would occasionally disappear, and I have to restart the game to get them back.

Charge is not 'firing' when it should.(It's taking too long to respond to the command input.) I only encountered this last night.

So, a recent Vanguard bug:

I hit the charge on an assault trooper on Firebase White, but he died at the same time that I sent the charge command through. I used medi-gel to revive myself and for the rest of the game my character hovered just above the map, though I could still move, fight, and use all my powers and abilities. I simply had trouble taking cover as my character would sometimes float above it, though the camera was jittery and other players reported that it looked like I was 'spazzing out'. This eventually became worse and progressed to a full game crash while fighting an Atlas on wave 10 after finishing the objective.

Here are the ones I have to report so far. (Multiplayer)

1: Sometimes when you stasis bubble an enemy, they become invincible, their help just won't drop, until they come out of stasis and get back up off the ground. Happens fairly often 1-3 times per map maybe.

2: Engineers sometimes lay invisible turrets, only had it happen to me 3-4 times in a hundred levels, but it's still a bit annoying.

3: Revival of a team member when next to a cover, can be next to impossible, I don't know, maybe you could make it proximity based (If you are close enough and Hold A your teammate will start getting revived no matter what?) You are the geniuses please fix this one.

4: Sometimes (once in 3-5 games in my experience) the enemy will fall down, and stay down on the ground, still alive, with just a little bit of health left... They still continue to shoot at you, and you take damage, and it can be a real pain on gold, when it takes you a minute to figure out, where the hell the extra damage is coming from.

5: Having a hard time with biotic charge registering sometimes. I have the enemy highlighted and out of cover, in range, and no matter how hard I mash that Y button, or how light I tap it, I won't charge them. Then other times I can spin the cam around, and not even have the red brackets around the target, and still charge.

6: I know phantoms can absorb the abilities, when their hand is out, but I was under the impression that it didn't apply to stasis bubble, even if it does, it seems like if you use it at just the right time (usually right around when they do the cartwheel) they will not get stopped, even if they are in the middle of the damn field and they move. This does happen often. Usually it's a no big deal since you can just reuse the power, but it still feels cheap.

On top of that, we had a phantom become completely immune to stasis on wave 9 gold fire base white last night. We had 2 asari adepts, and kept trying to freeze that thing, all the way from the back left corner, to the landing pad. And it just ignored it all, ended up getting team fired to death.

7: Last one, was playing human vanguard last night, got revived screen was still red and started shaking, shaking started getting worse. Red screen went away eventually. Every time I tried taking cover, it ended up putting me on top of it, and moving was super jerky, in the end I felt through the map, backed out and rejoined the map. This has only happened to me once so no big deal, but just wanted to let you know.

Anyways, can't wait for the game to come out. Hope you can fix some of these.


UPDATE: #7, got the world shaking bug 2 more times playing a human vanguard on fire base ghost, fell through the world once, backed out of the game, came back in. 2nd time it happened on the extraction wave, tried to take cover on the pad - the game floated me over the cover, and over the map, so high I couldn't see anything, yet I was still getting shot at and we missed the full extraction. This time it wasn't after getting revived, it was after using the biotic charge.
 
 Was playing salarian infiltrator yesterday, got assasinated by the ammo crate in the main yard on ghost, as soon as the wave was over my character stood up, and fell through the world. Had to leave the game and come back.

 Anyways, still love the demo, and hoping this will help you make some fixes in the full game.

Hah! Would be kinda funny, if the whole map froze every time someone used the power wheel.

Lag is becoming a bit of a problem - especially problematic when doing a charge.
