To start off, I am not a computer gamer and I'm playing the demo on the PC for kicks. So I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Call me an idiot if you must, I fully acknowledge the fact.
But. I want to know if it's possible to stick the game in a window, like FireFox or Photoshop so that it's collapsible. If it is, how do I do that?
And regarding graphics. I have black bars on the sides and everything is all... grainy/pixel-y (and very, very dark) for want of a better descriptive term. I'm pretty sure my laptop is capable of better graphics, but I don't know how to make it work. The little sticker on the side says ATI Radeon Graphics if that means anything at all. Also... how do I screencap? I want a pic of my FemShep so I can remember what her Face Code does in case I want to use her on my 360. FN+Prt Sc gives me a black nothing.
And, being PC-dumb, I can't even bring up the menu in-game to see what my controls are (although I have worked out shooting and moving for the most part).
Can I put it in a window? + Graphics & Control Confusion

In the main menu go to Extras > Options > Graphics and switch to "windowed" mode.

Might also want to make sure you're running the game at the native resolution of the display on that laptop. Can either check the video settings under Windows or pull out the manual to find out what that is.
