I got the prima guide with the dlx version.
I have the game DL now.... but the guilde link still just says "preordered"
Why would they not let us DL the guide now? Or am I missing something?

Because your game DL is just a pre-load. They're not doing pre-load on the game guide. It's too small to even warrant it.
