Hey, sorry if there's already a topic regarding this issue, but I couldn't find any.

Everything in the demo goes very smoothly. However, there is a point in the second mission where I will always crash. I have played through three times (much to my annoyance of no loading/saving) just to make sure it is reproduced consistently.

The point is early in the mission when Kirrahe clears the hallway while the Cerberus soldiers swarm in with a turret. A few seconds after gaining control following the cutscene, I crash with the generic "Mass Effect 3 has stopped working".

Any idea? Seems strange to crash in such a point seemingly without others experiencing similar. I have already tried repairing the game through Origin.

I suppose for now I'll just play some more co-op, it's a bunch of fun but I can't manage to beat even the bronze missions, assuming it can be beat...

I'm having the exact problem at the same spot, just when the Cerberus soldier deploys the turret, like 1-2 seconds after it crashes. No problems before that, it's all more than 60FPS with no drops or what so ever, it just crashes to desktop in that precise spot.

System spec (if there's someone asking the typical question "what's your system spec?"):

Intel Core i7 930 @4.1Ghz
XMS3 8GB DDR3
Zotac GTX570 !AMP Stock
Win 7 Ultimate 64bits

*No apps running background except for Origin of course.
*No MSI Afterburner or similar.
*No Antivirus program running in background.
*All updates are installed in Windows and Origin of course.
*Internet connection was checked (I was able to play MP normally).
*Checked for corrupted data (NO CORRUPT DATA).

Have any of you tried to play the demo with Origin in Offline mode? Try it and see if that makes any difference.

Try to reduce graphic settings, set Antialiasing off & close any programs except Origin & ME3.

Don't have any issues on my 6-7 year old comp with WinXP SP3 - even can play it very smoothly at 1280 x 1024 without any issues. Which is odd - ME2 had several lags at the beginning. But why should I complain? ^^

installed nvidia beta drivers and downloaded demo again. worked like charm

You can't play the demo in offline mode dude...it just needs origin running in online to be able to check everything is fine, and MP as well...

Going to re-play the thing in a couple of hours, now I'm falling asleep lol

I only managed to finish the demo once. Then the damn thng keep crashing on me on mission 2. When i open the menu to upgrade the characters and powers it let me do but after some second the game freeze and then CTD...always always always.

Kinda sucks
...and yes i have upgraded my drivers (according to the Nvidia auto-detect thing)

EDIT: Apparently forcing my Nvidia card to use the high end definition on ME3Demo.exe sorted all my problems

Where?Did you experience any crash after that?

No after that no. Before yes, but as i said i forced the graphic card to use full power on ME3 demo and now everything works properly. the game runs smooth
