Oh no, I'm not perfectly content with the situation. I'm a ps3 owner so I want this game to be the best that it can be. However, I understand the reality of the situation. This is why big corps get over on people everyday. It's not right but it's reality. And I'm not saying this is how bioware does business. Again, for all we know the product will meet all of our demands.
Waiting on bioware to answer your questions isn't the best way to spend your time because they aren't legally obligated to do so. Like you said, if bioware doesn't answer your questions you will cancel your pre order. That's the only action you can take in this situation. I completely understand your perspective.
But by sitting there and let them treat us this way nothing will ever end. Picture this. If we all hadnt stormed in Bethesda forums over the Skyrim Scandal, no1 in the entire gaming community would care. Because people shouted in the forums, and voted the game down on metacritic, big websites got a hold of this and wrote some articles. People's voice is strong. It led to IGN, Gamespot, Digital Foundry exposing Bethesda and demanding a fix.
And after 3 months we got it. It isnt perfect, but it is better than the broken mess the game was when it shipped. If no1 complains, or demands better treatment then things will never change. Corporations will make their products even sloppier. We cant just bend over and let them do what they want.
That is why I am here. Yeah I could be spending my time doing other stuff instead of posting here, but with Skyrim it worked. I am hoping that it will also work now. hey maybe just because of this thread they are already working on a day one patch. And instead of waiting 3 months after the release of the game, we will have a working game day one, even with a patch.
We must complain. Even if they dont answer, I want them to know that we are here and we demand better treatment and I will always remind them of Bethesda and what happened publicly to them after the release of the game.

I'm sorry, but you always insist in "legally obligated".
Wait, no one here wants to take Bioware to the court, we just want to be clarified, that's all!
Legal justice as no room here.

the demo is suppose to represent your product
so if it runs like crap, how can you expect for people to buy your game even
if it ends up running 60 fps on retail?

Ok, I want to apologize for hijacking this topic. You guys have valid concerns and demands. I was just trying to get you guys to relax and wait for the final product. However, you choose whatever you want to do.
I will respectfully bow out.
Pal you are so right: we should relax...dang you are so right!
Sadly BioWare's silence isn't helping.

Demos don't always represent the final product, that's why I'm not a big fan of it.
P.S. Glad you join your voice here!

Which is why I said this is a waste of time. I would like to hear a response but I honestly don't see it happening

I refuse my self to think like that. If we all stay put, Skyrim is just the beginning.

every ps3 me3 forum on the internet has full of threads like this, so surely they are fully aware of the issue.
Bioware should be honored by that!
Almost everyone wants to play it.

Really where?
On the the official PS forums the argument is barely touched.

For folks who have pre-ordered the game, I understand your concerns but being early adopters usually involves some disadvantages.
Bioware already reponded to this thread, so Bioware already acknowleges the issues.
I agree we should relax, wait, and see.

From the IGN Review in Progress - Day 1
On PS3 Issues
It's also worth noting that a few technical issues arise on the PS3 version as soon as you start playing, too. Fairly serious framerate issues plague the opening cinematic on Earth, and while this particular problem clears up as you play further through the game via future cutscenes, these hitches certainly concerned me early on. Likewise, lip-syncing is almost always off and characters sometimes appear stiff and can even flicker in and out of cutscenes when camera angles change.
The good news is that these problems don't injure a title that relies almost entirely on its otherwise top-notch presentation. If you can get past these sorts of aesthetical hiccups, you'll find a title drowning in a deep, well-fleshed out story surrounded by intriguing characters, both familiar and unfamiliar.

If Bioware doesn't address these issues with a patch then it's safe to say that the PS3 fanbase really is being marginalized.
PS - Don't bother with the "I told you so".
