Disappointed with the framerate

I think I may be getting used to the frame rate on ME3, sad as that is. I still desperately want this fixed though, it is definitely not helping me get rid of the headache the stuttery frame rate caused!.
Also, anyone else starting to get annoyed/worried that Bioware haven't responded since they said they were aware of and looking into this problem?
Bioware, respond to your fans for crying out loud, Don't pull a Bethesda!

I haven't gained Spectre status yet, so I haven't been able to leave on the Normandy and explore other areas, but I'd say I get more framerate stutter in ME1 on 360 than I've gotten in ME3 on PS3.

Frame rate drops fast into single digits & HDD activity spikes for some reason
It got so bad my PS3 just quit & went back to the home screen
something it's never done before

we have a thread with 24 pages long so far and we are not getting any proper feedback from Bioware. I mean atleast a simple answer "yes we are going to fix it" or "no we wont fix it deal with it" would actually help...

You can't really blame BioWare for working off what they have. It's the same with Bethesda. Sony gives them so little to work off of (ram, CPU speed, internal GPU, etc). It's hard to make a game run good AND fast with what Sony puts into PS3s. The only reason PS3's cost more than 360's is because PSN is free. It doesn't come with charged monthly service like 360's, so this is what we get. Either way, it's a good game. Recently beat it, but if BioWare COULD figure out a way to fix the dropping framerates, it would be appreciated. AND PLUS, I'd like to see you guys make a game this EPIC, smooth. AND FUN, on a PS3 with limited specs that you can work with! They did their best, you can't blame them for that. Good Job PS3 Team at BioWare.
But there are great looking games on Ps3 (some of them among the best looking Exclusives and Multiplatform games on consoles) that run just fine. Even batman which has a big open world and runs with the same engine doesen't have much problems.
And then again, the moment bioware deiced to release this on ps3 knowing how the hardware workd, it became their fault if they release a ****ty product.
If you open a car shop in a country with no roads and you don't make money, you can't just go and blame the country for not having roads.
I work as a salesman and in the company I work at we sell quality stuff or we don't sell it. We don't sell products that brake withing a month just to make more money, and if by chance we sell a defective product we make everything we can to help the customer and we don't just tell him "well **** you, that's the best we can give you".

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
24 pages and it's as if they didn't even care.
We should all complain via twitter or facebook. The problem with this forum is that the only people that see it are other people that are having trouble, we should demand an answer somewhere everybody can see it because that the only way to make them respond.

I am dissappointed mostly because i love the games bioware makes and i really expected more communication from them regarding such a serious issue. Some missions are so laggy that are virtually impossible to enjoy because the gameplay is affected. Especially in hardcore and insanity difficulties where you need your aiming to be precise and not to make mistakes.
I think we should give this issue more publicity and maybe they will fix it the hard way just like bethesda did with skyrim after we went public.

^^ sign me up for something like that. I would prefer for Bioware to simply respond to our demands that we have asked nicely over the last pages, but it seems they just wont respond. Maybe we need more drastic measures like going public with this via twitter facebook etc.

But we would need more support. Because with only they 2 of us they will just keep ignoring us XD

Please keep signing the petition I posted, and if you are part of some forum or something please share it.
I know most petitios are useless, but sometimes they work and are noted by gaming sites . If bioware doesen't care about PS3 gamer the best we can do is try to make them care, even if it's just because of fear of bad press

I still don't understand why they had to emphasize that the 360 and PS3 version are going to be the exact same. I mean if they hadn't boasted about it so much, lot of people wouldn't be comparing (not that the frame rate gets horrendous from time to time without having to compare). And I really don't get how this is supposed to be a final product. It's like they have never played it on a PS3 throughout the whole development process.
oh they probably did play it on Ps3.
But if they don't seem to care about the framerate now that the game is out and there are people complaining, what makes you think they cared during the development process.???

Yeah, after more hours of playing, I am quite unsatisfied. Why is it so hard to type one effing sentence about it just like Valkyre4 said above, is beyond me.
It took these guys five months to address the Dragon Age 2 DLC save corruption on PS3 (and even after the patch people still are having problems). Hell Bioware never fixed Hawke's battle cries (or lack thereof) and that's been a known issue for a year now.

My frame rate still isn't TOO bad, it could be much worse (like with Skyrim). It still gives me a headache, and most cut scenes are crappy though all other game play is so far brilliant.
Oh I should probably also mention the game has crashed on me twice.
P.S. Just got this:

I am probably making a right pain out of myself but I have messaged several people both on here and on twitter for word on a patch, and to be perfectly honest if I don't get an answer I will just keep on asking until I do.

Guys, this is how you get answers: talk to them directly.
I hate twitter but I might just have to make an account. As long as you approach them in a respectful manner, they should have no problem answering your questions. Keep trying.

in the later stages of the game a lot of cutscenes run below 10 frames per second... it is really impossible to enjoy them like this...
Bioware for the 100th time please speak to us and tell us whether we should expect this to be fixed or not. Dont ignore us please.
