It is unacceptable that Bioware doesn't have a definitive anwser on this after all this time.

Currently Im not buying CAPCOM games cause they disrespect their customers with the add-on thing.
Now EA and BioWare were added to my personal list.

What is unacceptable is people stiil giving then their money after being totally ignored about and issue after and issue and a completely useless support service.

unbelievable way to treat your customers really... it looks more like a complete mockery to me... it takes up a lot of nerve to go out , say something like that, and then simply do NOTHING for -what is it now- 3 months?

That never happened to me. I think (in these cases) it's a bug problem, not a frame rate one.

Happens if you play a lot, without restarting the game or system.

I've played a lot several times, but not for 8 or 9 hours straight, but I believe it can eventually happen!

That's a different topic. Those are memory leaks this game has.
The framerate comparison video is what we're more pissed about.
I mean you can even see it in the main menu when you boot up the game.
The main menu can't even run 30fps. At least for me.

While the PS3 version has its fair share of performance problems (especially on Thessia and at the final part of Tuchanka, not even mentioning the cutscenes), I agree with Ruiribeiro that it looks more like an isolated bug of some sort. This game is particularly prone to memory leaks when launched after other games (Uncharted 3 comes to mind).
Still, BioWare/EA should be ashamed of not investing any effort into optimizing this mediocre port. Now that they got our money and that their public image is beyond damage control, they can't care less about customer support.
Be careful, EA...! Cerberus is an idea, not an organisation!

this is ridiculous. I still have yet to even play the game I purchased because of this and no patch in sight, what the hell bioware?
Same. I paid $80 for a dust collecting paper wieght. If I've played Mass Effect 3 more than 15-20 hours that's a lot. Even in my short time playing it I encountered several problems besides the horrid framerate. After hearing other peoples problems and the ones I've experienced I decided to stopped playing the game. I'm not going to risk ruining my ps3 to play one broken game. When/if BioWare acknowledges and fixes the ps3 version of Mass Effect 3 then I MIGHT consider buying one of their games again. Until than I'll talk anyone I can AWAY from buying a BioWare game. I've already talked some people out of buying Mass Effect 3. Your move BioWare...or most likely your lack of a move. Keep ignoring your costumers and you'll regret it.

Yep, I've warned quite a few friends against buying this... and refer them to these forums.
Lol, I work at a Videogame Store (and of the big ones in my country) and I have told to every single customer interested in buying this game on Ps3 that they should reconsider and get a game that's not insulting to the people who buy it. Good thing is that sometimes they listen to me.
I have also met A LOT of people that just like me won't ever again buy a new copy of a bioware game.
Most of them think the same as me "why should I care about a developer that doesen't give a **** about me?"

I've got the game on launch and played 4 SP games through without any FR issues. A few weeks ago I started playing MP have had a few lag and FR problems with MP, but I loaded one of my SP games after I'd played a few MP games and the FR drop finally got me. It was well beyond playable. Now that I've seen it I can't believe this hasn't been addressed.
