I just wanted to make sure this problem was addressed before the release of the final game.  I have not seen anyone else post this issue.
My Specs:
Core i7 965+ Extreme
6 gig RAM
P6T Mobo
Geforce GTX 580
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Nvidia Driver - Latest Beta 295.51

I will post screen shots later when I am able.  Right now, even in the character creation menu, there are black, blotchy artifacts streaking across the player models.  Also, some textures arent loading, specifically White colored textures.  For instance, all NPC's eyeballs do not load, its just a streaky white trail every time they move their head.  Also, when Miranda or someone wearing white armor is in the room, its just a translucent patch of corrupted textures.  When outside, random static meshes will not load and the large reaper hovering in the sky has the same effect as the eyeballs and armor, its just a corrupted streaky mess.  It pretty much renders the game unplayable unless you like playing in wireframe mode.  It could be a driver issue, I will admit I have not tried rolling back the driver, although Mass Effect 2 runs fine, so I would assume ME3 would have AT LEAST the same optimization as ME2.  I just hadn't seen anyone else with this issue posted and wanted to make sure it was addressed before the final release of the game.

Thank you.

Might be the Beta drivers causing the issue. I'm using 290.36 with a single GTX460 and it works fine.

Try rolling back to an earlier driver build.

I'm using the 295.51's with a pair of 460's in SLI and it's flawless.

It could be the default settings you have specified in the NVidia control panel perhaps. I know some games often have issues with some settings.

Maybe try the 3 different options on the "Adjust Image Settings with Preview" tab and see if any of them are better (or *shudder* worse) than you get now?
