You can't access the app if you're under the age of 18.  And to answer your question, it should be called Mass Effect 3 Recruitment App.  Not exactly sure where it is though being that I can't access the app from the invitations I've received.

There are 4 stages in that app and I got stage 4 (finish demo) already checked so I'm not sure but what the heck.  As if I need an excuse to play the SP demo again (probably done it at least 10 times but it is fun).  Heh.

Everything is working for me (I play on PC) and I have recruited 5 friends to the demo and app and I have unlocked all 5 Recruit Packs. However under my registered game content tab it does show I have MP early access and I can confirm it works, though I am unsure if it should also show I have unlocked all 5 recruit packs since I don't see it there?

The instructions say the Recruit packs, once unlocked will be redeemable once the full game is released but is there anyway to verify it did actually unlock or will it just show up Mar.6th under my registered game content tab?

I'd like to answer your question...but honnestly, I can't. my suggestion would be to call EA directly they created the thing (with FB but still) so they should be able to answer your question if not, then you'll simply be redirected to the right place
