So, is there actually any solution to my screw-up?

I've unfortunately linked my origin account to the facebook game, I'm not sure why that's a problem before having invited anyone but apparently it is. it doesn't let me get past recruit stage and I've sent invites to people who I know have used the app and linked the account. But still no access or packs for me. I don't get it.


edit:  I'm over 18 so that's not an issue and I only have one EA/Origin account linked to my one gamertag and I've never had any problem with that before.  My registered game content always has worked before.

It's a very messed up system. I've always said that Facebook should not be used for this type of marketing, mainly because of bugs like this. I've tried a number of things with a few people and still the dam thing doesn't work.
In any event, we should all be able to experience the Multiplayer in around 22-24hours when it becomes available on the 17th.

I didn't know the maximum number of invitations you could send was 50.  I'd think you'd be able to send as many as you want.  You'd have to check in with someone who's actually sent that amount of invitiations (unless you've reached that amount yourself).

Now I have recruited two friends( they've already linked their Origin account), but item packs still remain locked: do my friends have to finish the demo as well to let me unlock 'em?

Yup they have to! Meanwhile they must do this step while beeing XBox Live/Internet PC

DUDE!  Who did you talk to because I've been using the chat tech support and they keep feeding this line of BS that teh FB application is "delayed due to technical issues" or some such and that's even after I told him about all the people on this forum who are on MP right now using that very app!!!!

I am truly sorry it doesn't work out for you Yakko..I called them directly and they fixed the thing by syncing my EA to my GTag and then went swell on the App...

At any rate, tomorrow you'll get the MP...Yay(??)

Man this is painful, I already linked my account - why wouldn't I? Now I can't accept any requests or send any out to those that have the app? Why make this so needlessly infuriating; just allow those who link their accounts access regardless.

I doubt any ME fan is not gonna have the app.

Send me a pm, note, if your looking to be recruited, DO NOT LINK YOUR ORIGINS account with the app, yet, do that after you accept the app recruit invite thing.
