i recruited 5 people already but now when i access the app i get an "error 500" message. i would delete the app and redownload it, but im afraid i'll lose my recruits. any advice?

Ok, I have recruited 3 people so far. All have linked their accounts to their Origin accounts and played and COMPLETED the demo, multiple times I may add, but its still showing that they, except for one, haven't completed it. So I've unlocked 1 recruitment pack, but I should have 3 total. Yes, before anyone tells me to check, them and I have made sure their Gamertags are associated with the email and Origins account, but it is STILL not giving me the packs. Can someone PM me if they have had the same issue or possibly someone that knows how to fix this?

Bioware, I would love you guys forever if you unlock those recruit pack for everyone one who signed up and tried to recruit, not now though the apps purpose is to be promo for the demo but maybe a few days before release :3

Have this exact same problem. Have 9 friends that all finished the demo inculding a demo account that I made and personally beat the demo with, and all of them are showing as not completing it... Anyone know how to fix this?

Call EA support (Looks like I'm good at telling people to do this haha)

Akshully it'll work just fine, I'm pretty sure!! IFFF they can't help you out, they'll tell you who to contact

I have four and now all I need is just one more, though not everyone is a fan or can understand how to download origin if they use a pc.

Akshully it'll work just fine, I'm pretty sure!! IFFF they can't help you out, they'll tell you who to contact 

Yeah I've looked on the EA site and all it says is to make sure their Gamertags are linked to the Origins/EA account. I'm not going to bother calling or going through live chat only to get frustrated and pissed off at them like I have multiple times in the past. A few recruitment packs aren't worth THAT much trouble. Hopefully Bioware can help fix it or it will just correct itself, but I hate dealing with EA.<_<

Wish I could help but I can't I already have the App so I can't be recruited. you need virgins (of this App!)

I'm having that problem too. The app is not recognizing the fact my recruit and I has finish the demo multiple times.

Same problem here except that me and my recruits played Mass Effect 3 Demo on PC

problem here, on the Xbox. Myself and two of my friends/recruits have
finished the SP demo/level 10 MP multiple times, and it doesn't register
on the app. I wants me packs!

I'm in a similar position. I've recruited at least 3 people who have linked origin and finished the demo but its not registering that they have finished the demo - they linked their origin accounts and that shows up but they played & finsihed the demo on PC and its not showing up that they have finished it - so I don't know whats going on.

Make SURE your recruits go back to the app after they finish the demo. Once mine did, I had no issues. (Their FB app needed to recognize that they beat the demo, which then told mine, which then told my origins account)

Edit: Ok, one issue. One of my recruits successfully completed it. The other isn't being recognized. *Sigh* Good job, EA, don't you know Facebook apps are awful?
