I can't seem to change the powers in my kit (vanguard)
I upgraded charge, grenade and fitness, but my kit shows:
charge, pull, grenade
I can't change what's in the kit?
How to assign powers to a kit?

You can't change them, but fitness doesn't have an ability... all of your usable abilities are already hotkeyed and can't be changed =/

I haven't encountered any issues with the passives.
