When I first played through DA: O many moons ago it was with a lovely pre-ordered copy of the game that came with the Memory Band DLC. I've since lost that copy of the game, and bought the Ultimate edition to replace it and all the DLC I need.
But my saved games won't load because I don't have the Memory Band. Please tell me there's *something* I can do as a happy, honest, paying customer who would just like to access his characters...

Having gone through Bioware's customer support channels, I've received an email from a chap at EA Customer Support saying he's very sorry, but that he can't help, and that I should contact... Bioware Customer Support.

"Bioware Customer Support". All official support (as per the sticky) is EA. These forums are user-to-user support.

Well yes I gathered that, from the circle I went around in.
I was *wondering* if people had any ideas.

Your new copy should not erase old DLC you had, if you're using the same account login. If that fails, you can still install most DLC 'manually' from http://dragonage.wik...ontent_packages .

You are correct, Shins, although it's interesting to note that Chris Priestly used the phrase "Bioware Game Support" to refer to help.ea.com in the new ME3 PC Tech Forum.
