I noticed several times while playing the soldier that often adrenaline rush would not activate when pressed for up to a few seconds.  Other times it would activate around .5-1 seconds after pressed.

It also seemed to deactivate abruptly a few times too ahead of schedule.

I do not believe it was connection related as I experienced no lag or ability issues while playing infiltrator or vanguard.

I played 2 different playthroughs as soldier and both times noticed this with adrenaline rush.  And yes, the cooldown was finished and ready to go in each instance of this delay/lag happening.

Just thought I would mention this and see if anyone else experienced this.

yes your not the only one that have noticed this ,there are a few threads talking about this
