My system is running Windows 7 64-bit and I'm having issues getting the toolset to work. Currently the toolset will not recognize that the database is installed and running on the machine. I've uninstalled and re-installed both the toolset and the sql server multiple times and used to wiki and forums to address the error messages that occured. My copy of Dragon Age is also a Steam version. Has anyone had any sucess installing the toolset on a 64 bit system?

Yep, it works fine on 7 x64. It's not an inherent issue with the OS. Database problems occur on both 32bit and 64bit.
