so i've played a fair bit of ME3 multiplayer now and a lot of games I joined I either see people rubber-banding or myself lagging like crazy. I am assuming this is because many of us are hosting it from different countries and we end up playing with people who are all the way across the world.
So my question is this, will the final game have regions to choose from like e.g. OCEANIC, AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA etc etc? I am from Australia and Sometimes I join a nice stable game but other times I just rubber-band like crazy. It would be nice to choose a region where my Matchmaking will match me with people in my own region. Not that I dislike other countries, it's just hard to play when there's heaps of lag.
And also, will there be dedicated servers? I can see Mass Effect 3's Multiplayer become really successful. The demo itself has been really enjoyable for me, and with constant map DLC or even a creator kit for the community to create maps, it will really make this Multiplayer game a big hit like Left 4 Dead 2.

Definitely agree with everything youve said. Living in Australia sucks when it comes to the Internets. In ME3 I often have games of 2 or 3 players.
I think a system like MW3 (finding a match based on ping) would do wonders for the connections.

Couldn't you just change your region on your account settings? Therefore, you'll get connected with that said region. I'm speaking hypothetically of course, I don't actually know if it would work; but it couldn't hurt to try.

Nope. This has nothing to do with the game.
