In one single situation, while entering a random match (matchmaker), I couldn't see any enemies, only my partners. My partners could see the enemies, cause they were shooting at them. I even revived one partner, and then got killed by one of the "ghosts". I got out of the match for obvious reasons. Never happened again. I don't believe it was related to my graphics card (gtx 590 with the latest stable drivers).  More like network problems, my client not receiving the info from the server on where to spawn the enemies. But it was receiving the damage info, as I said, I got killed.
I'm sorry I'm unable to give more detailed info.

Would like to report the same issue for Xbox 360. First match I joined the enemies were not visible, I'll try to take a video of it if it occurs again.

I would like to point out that this happened to me today on Firebase Goddess against Cerberus (Silver). I was playing N7 Fury and I was a client. Every enemy was invisible to me, but not to my teammates, who were regularly engaging them. I couldn't see any Cerberus troops, but I was taking damage from them. I actually knew it was Cerberus from the smoke grenades, but that's it.
After a few minutes, I realized I couldn't help the team in any way, and I left. Hopefully, a useful 4th player came along.
The previous match had been a random, which ended up being Silver Reaper Condor with this same team and host, and with little lag problems - the game played smoothly.

I have had the same issues a few minutes ago on Firebase Condor. I joined a random silver game and when the game started I could not see any enemies. I got killed fast by invisible enemies but there also was not a report in the combat log. I did not see any reports in the combat log regarding the killing of enemies, I did see reports of me getting ressed and a teammate getting 5 headshots. The rest of the team did see the enemies, but since I could not help the team I left the game.

*Edit, I was playing a N7 Destroyer with the battlesuit mode on.

This is the first time this has happened to me, and its been twice today, as above, faction Geth.

Just happened to me. I was the only N7 in the group so I didn't want to quit (given the objective this week), but I sure felt like a jerk staying in a match where I could only see friendlies and ended up with 6k points.

Edit: I should probably point out that it wasn't against the Geth.  It was against the Reapers.  I don't believe this is opponent specific.
