Heh was my reaction too

Doubly so when I saw Anderson start to run. :P

OMG, no kidding. Who runs like that? No one, but our beloved femShep. Posted Image

Seriously! It's one thing for her to run like a man. But there isn't anyone, man or woman, who runs like that!

Exactly...No human being runs like that. Unless they chopped something off between your legs.

I got no major gripe about it as to be honest vast amount of people whether female or male tend to run in their own styles and ways in real life and I see/view this as same principle. Doesn't mean it is not funny however, but to me no more so than laughing at Sheploo running same way.

Monty Python example.

Agree with this. FemShep doesn't run like a male, there is no male-run to begin with, it's just how different people run. This is just about the run animation being goofy, for both.

I have been unable to play the multiplayer portion of the demo. Is there a difference between male and female running animations in the MP? And if not, is it the same as Shepard's?

Tell your girlfriend she's cool.

This woman right here doesn't care either.

She walks/runs like a soldier. All the difference in the world.
Why does she do that? Because it ain't Barbarella.

Why does she do that?, because as in ME2 she shares the same skeleton rigging as the males, damn I hated walking my femshep around the ship.

Yeah I noticed this too. It sucked. In ME1 you had a feminine gait to your walk, jog and sprint. In ME2 you walked like a guy, jogged like a guy and sprinted like a guy. ME3 does not have a female rig and you always walk instead of jog and you will be sprinting everywhere.

I just want the female rig from ME1 back. She didn't walk like a super model but she didn't walk like a guy. She walked like an every day woman does. Seriously Bioware bring back the female rigging from ME1 for femshep!

In the demo, she looked like she was trying to do squats while running, which is really, really weird.

My femShep(s) always had her head turned to the back while running through the Normandy, like she was trying to look behind her. I was sure she'd run right into a pole at some point.

:o  I know - always hated seeing her look over her shoulder while running too.  I did think she had a bit of mascualine gait but was hoping that was just a demo thing.  Not a deal breaker for me, just kinda weird to watch.

Yea I was indeed very dissapointed to see they still havn't update the animation for Femshep..that just shows how unpolish they are with their work. In ME2 when Femshep is chatting with Garrus on Normany, it was extremely embarrased to watch my Femshep sat down with her legs wide open and wearing Kasumi DLC outfit....This is not something I'd see from another game, not going to name the titles but it just shows how much the developer care for the amount of details.

That video is funny. I certainly hope that is not going to be the movement animation for the release version.
