Lol I ´m happy with the awkward animation. Always prefered to play Shepard as soldierlike no nonsence woman.
right and the stereo typical oh male war hero protagonist is so played out by now. 10 years ago you wouldn't get the choice of rp a female protagonist. Today you see more and more female hero roles in video games/movies like Underworld, Resident Evil, and a lot more...I used to idolize male heros soely in games/movies when i was kid..but now I'm more interested in female heroes because that's something more entertain and intriguing to watch.

Yea I was indeed very dissapointed to see they still havn't update the animation for Femshep..that just shows how unpolish they are with their work. In ME2 when Femshep is chatting with Garrus on Normany, it was extremely embarrased to watch my Femshep sat down with her legs wide open and wearing Kasumi DLC outfit....This is not something I'd see from another game, not going to name the titles but it just shows how much the developer care for the amount of details.

Either I raped the English language (again) or I simply don´t understand your meaning. I have a female Shepard (my one and only) and I like the manly animations. They could made them better but I prefer them like they are now. No Lady Hawke for me please.

The animation sucks, that is clear for both genders.
But with regards to what you have posted. The thing is that female soldiers are masculine. The fact is that soldiers shouldn't by feminine, they would make bad soldiers. Masculine females => feminine females, when it comes to warfare, as Masculine males => feminine males in warfare. So a female soldier is better off being masculine, butch and buff, because that will make her tougher.
There are exeptions in fantasy games when it comes to superpowers, like if the heroine is a sorceress, she can look however she likes, and be feminine, because she just shoots fireballs. But soldiers are soldiers.

You didn't ask me this, but I'm currently in college, with a lot of ROTC friends (i'm a military nerd, they actually would ask me questions about some things). Many of them are female. They are WOMEN. They don't walk like John Wayne. They walk like normal girls, and in their BDUs, they still walk like women, albeit with much composure.
I think you do a disservice when you assume and claim that female soldier = masculine. Cause they aren't. A girl that I semi-talked to is now a SFC in the army, and she is as girly as they come (except she can beat almost every guy I know at Call of Duty).
off-topic, but here is Angie Johnson, Staff Sergeant in the U.S Army singing Adele (she's on The Voice talent show now)
