Males and females have same animation in MassEffect. Call it anyway you want I call it lazy.

IMO it doesn't look any better on male Shep.

That's how I run in real life. I run very slowly by the way.

When you run, if your right leg goes forward the right side of the hip also does, causing a rotation of the hip with the spine as the center, leading the left side of the hip backwards along with the leg used as a stand point.
If you pay attention to Shepard hips in that gif, you can clearly see that they don't present that slight rotation.
Not sure if I made myself clear...

Yeah, It's cut & paste.
Looks like LadyHawke received better treatment than FemShep.
Go figure.
I thought everyone hated Lady Hawke's animations and thought they were oversexualized?

Yeah who knows how cyborgs are suposed to run. These animations are most likely placeholders tho, ME2 animations were motion capture which usually dont make it into preview builds.

That animation has to be the funniest running animation I have ever seen in my entire life.

And what's with Anderson's running animation?

It really doesn't look that different from Miranda's running animation to me. Miranda always had out a pistol-like weapon and I always thought she, and every other character with that weapon selection, looked awkward running.
None of the characters that carried rifles looked nearly as bad.

One of the developers said that you cant even holster your weapon in me3, so i dont think that "the shepard walk" is just a placeholder for the demoPsychoeva02 wrote...

Mass Effect 3 Animator: No, we have captures for bow-legged horses with brain damage though.
Mass Effect 3 Boss: Close enough!
