When i play ME2, Have never been connected immediately after turn the game

Each time i turn on the game, i push a "connect" butten on the right of main menu

Today i turn ME3 demo... and also not be activated automatically and... connect butten disappear on ME3....

I find "connect" butten on "extra" but just popup message... "not eligible yet"

How can i do?? EA advisor suggested me to post a topic on this page.....


Please help....
*I have BF3 and using Win7 64bit and... i'm still watching:)))

I'm having the same problem. I'm on a Playstation 3, and I have yet to try out the multiplayer. The single player is great, and I was also hoping to get the items for Amalur, but it needs to connect first...

Oh and on topic yes EA server issues exist. Working as intended
