 Okay im really confused.
Near the beginging when ME3 came out with the Pre-Order IGN came up with a video saying there will be no new romances and that you better hurry u[ and romance someone before you play ME3.  Then I see a lot of threads about new romances and I also see a lot of people saying there are no new romances.

I dont know if this has been cleared up or not so I decided to ask on here.

There are new romances in ME3.

Casey and the bazillion media outlets made that comment about 'no new romances' when ME3 was still coming out in 2011.

When they got more time to work on the game, plans changed and they were able to put in more content.
