you have to finish the single player demo first read the early access it says one requit and finish the demo

I'm not sure how it would recognise that you'd beaten the single player demo anyway - the demo won't let you sign into EA/Origin yet unless you have early access, so how could it tell?

Yeah, there should be a red checkmark above the SP demo bit at the top of the page. If there isn't, finish SP, then it should work.

Your recruitee doesn't need to finish SP to unlock MP access. They DO need to in order to unlock the recruitment packs.
