What do you guys think, will some be killed off whether we like it or not in ME3? Will they just have small cameos?

More than cameos; less than full squadmates.
They each have a mission or so of content, and they contribute to the war in differing ways. Any romances can also be continued.

hmm..not looking forward to that miranda and ashley drama...oh well, im faithful in real life so i can at least be a cheat in the game lol

To each his own. Both of my Shepard's are staying loyal to Miranda. He couldn't bear to harm her like that.

One of my Shepard's did. He romanced Ashley.
Except, Shepard took the whole "dying" thing, plus the Horizon fiasco as a break up.
I'm not sure I'd want to stay with a woman who calls me a traitor, says I'm working for the enemy, overall doesn't like me, etc.
