Hi.

I was wondering if there was any consequence or reference to you killing that man in Mass Effect 2. You know, the man who threatens Lizbeth's mum, I wasn't Paragon enough to convince him to calm down and so I was forced to shoot him. I was wondering if this is reference in any way in Mass Effect 2, like when you visit Illium or on the speakers on the Citadel. Any insight would be helpful.

I don't believe it comes up again. In fact, I don't think Lisbeth appears at all. I haven't played around with Gibbed's Save Editor, could somebody who has tell me if it's in that or not?
