Hello people,
I have downloaded and successfully played all the DLC before 'The Arrival' with no problems. With the release of ME3 on the horizon I downloaded 'The Arrival' and installed it. When I started my old game (after the suicide mission and the shadow broker) nothing happened. I flew around, visited a few places, but no message from Kelly or an email in my account.
I have tried reinstalling the DLC and restarting the computer, but still nothing happens. I know it is downloaded because I can see the achievements in achievement section. I've looked on the internet for solutions, but all I seem to find are Xbox or PS3 solutions...any advice?

all i can say is click on your arrival install application again. then when in game go see if you have an email/at the bottom of the galaxy is where it should be located.

I'm having the same problem myself, it installed correctly(did it twice) it appears on my 'Cerberus Network' along with Lair of the Shadow Broker which I finished. For some reason Genesis 15 min video & Arrival dont work.
