Turians are tougher then humans (more shields and health) and they have proficiency with assault rifles that is only matched by the Human Soldier. The Turian Sentinel imo is one of the best classes in MP. This makes up for their lack of speed and agility.
Turian Stats:
• Shields 750/750
• Dual Omni-Blades
• Weapon Expert
• Toughness
• Decreased Mobility
