So first off I want to
say I absolutely loved the demo! I have played ME 1 & 2, and so the single
player wasn't very important to me seeing as how I know how ME works. But I
like the updated look, the better graphics, and fluidity of the conversation
commands. Now onto the multiplayer, I came into the demo knowing a little about
the multiplayer from the few videos I watched. Needless to say I was overly
impressed by the way it played. Me and a friend got down a good strategy and
played just us into the wee hours last night, having a total blast! First off
the things I loved: the whole setup how you can change characters and level
them up and how the different races have different abilities. I absolutely love
the variety and the being able to level them up and pick my power upgrades. I
also love being able to choose which two guns I want and being able to upgrade
them and but accessories on them. Next I just love the overall feel of the
multiplayer, the Horde/Firefight feel. I also love being able to pick different
enemy’s, maps, and difficulties. Next onto the things I didn't like. First off
it is a little thing but one that is frustrating, the soldier’s melee. The big
melee is fun and good on most of the classes seeing as how they have a sweeping
motion and the enemy can move a bit and you can still hit them. But with the soldier’s
stab, it is so hard to land it's pointless to even try, it gets me killed more
than it helps. So maybe has a sweeping like motion with this guy too would be
good, and maybe it's just me who is having a problem landing them. The next
thing that I don't like and I talked to some other players and they also didn't
like way the way to unlock new characters, guns, appearances, and items. I love
the idea of the random box full of things, but it is a little too random and
hard to get. Maybe have different categories, like character boxes, gun boxes,
item boxes, and then the completely random boxes like they are. It is just too
hard and random to be able to unlock the guns, and characters you want the way
it currently is. These are just a few little things I came across but overall I
loved the multiplayer! Thanks for your time in reading this, and I hope it was
helpful.
Sincerely,
Josh C
Love the Demo, few minor problems.

Actually, I really enjoyed the game-play portion of the demo as well. However, I noticed that in the cut-scenes that there were some character animation and lip-sync issues. Am I the only one to notice this? For example when Shepard and Anderson walk-and-talk they repeatedly do a "avoid another walking person" maneuver even though there isn't a person there. Additionally in this scene (and others) the lip-sync is far from perfect. There were also frame-rate (skipping) issues for me as well. I know I am commenting on minor issues but because ME1 and ME2 were so stellar, I'd hate is see a down grade in quality of cut-scenes. Bringing it up because I hope it's not too late to fix these issues! The combat played flawlessly however. I downloaded the Xbox 360 demo last night and was running it off the hard drive.

I played it on origin, it was awesome, but I saw sequence were a Cerberus agent ran out a door before it open. Either Cerberus is coming up with ghost technology or bioware might want to check this bug.

Melee could do with some auto correction, storming could do with self centering camera, would sending a small clip to the guys here be worthwhile cause in the little passageway right before you meet that Salarian Major from the first game if you stand near the wall the camera goes a bit wild even though there is nothing above the character?
