I just read and posted to the PS3 thread of this but I thought I should post here too and see if anyone else has had the same problems. I have noticed frame rate issues on the Xbox version of the demo. However, I really noticed them in the cut-scenes. Also there were some character animation and lip-sync issues. Am I the only one to notice this? For example when Shepard and Anderson first meet, they do the "walk-and-talk" and they repeatedly do a "avoid another walking person" maneuver even though there isn't a NPC walking there (and they do perform it pretty "jerky"). Additionally in this scene (and others) the lip-sync is very far from perfect. Anderson's lips seem to hardly match up with his words in this scene for example. There were also major frame-rate (skipping) issues for me as well in multiple places, but again, mainly in the cut scenes.
I know I am commenting on seemingly minor issues but because ME1 and ME2 were so stellar, I'd hate is see a down grade in quality of cut-scenes/action. Bringing it up because I hope it's not too late to fix these issues!
For info: I downloaded the Xbox 360 demo last night and was running it off a 200gb hard drive.

There's been a little bit of chat about this, I've only seen It In the general ME3 forums though. But I agree, the animations aren't bad but If I had to compare with ME2, most of the time I'd go with 2. Worst Is at the start while walking with Anderson like you said though, all the details you wrote are all In there.
Shepard and Anderson also tend to bounce unaturally at some points while walking In the cutscenes.
