I'm sorry, if this is something that has been answered before, but I couldn't find an answer here or any other place on the web that I searched:
Is there more than one opportunity to get a specific codex entry?
For instance: with my dwarven noble character, I missed the codex entry "Orzammar History: Chapter Two" that would have been availabe from a bookshelf during the origin story. now, I was wondering if I will be able to get that entry somewhere else in the game, or have I missed my only chance?

P.S.: Speaking of dwarven nobles. If anyone has found a way to get his memory band (DLC promo item) back after being stripped of it during the origin story), please let me know. My dwarven warrior princess in exile misses hers dearly...
